M5. Última Reunión Transnacional. Last Transnational Meeting

Esta ha sido la última reunión transnacional de nuestro proyecto "Learn together to live together". Muchas ilusiones y mucho trabajo quedan detrás. Y también muchas lecciones. Pero el proyecto no acaba con el fin de nuestras reuniones oficiales. Es muy importante seguir trabajando por la inclusión. HASTA SIEMPRE "ZWALUWNEST".

This has been the last transnational meeting of our project "Learn together to live together". Many emotions and a lot of work are behind. Also many things learnt. But our project doesn't finish with the end of our official meetings. It is very important to keep working for inclusion. FAREWELL, "ZWALUWNEST".

Time to talk, to plan together and to enjoy the End of the School Year lunch offered by the GENERAL DIRECTOR of the Schoolgroep 23 Meetjesland.

En esta reunión, se trató sobre todo de hacer resumen de todas las actuaciones realizadas en ambos colegios a lo largo de estos dos años.

In this meeting, we dealt mainly with gathering all the actions done in both schools throughout these two years.
